Project Plan
A project or program plan is developed for completing a specific project or program. A project plan usually includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks related to how goals will be achieved, what resources are need, and developing associated budgets and timelines for completing the project. A project plan also includes specifying controls intended to keep the project on the "critical path". A program plan is often a broader term than project plan, but the two terms are generally used interchangeably. |
